No problem! It is! I have turnbuckles attached from the telephone pole to all of the posts to hold it on. It's very strong and when I had a tree fall on my pen this past summer it only pulled out one cable, it didn't even snap. And it was a huge tree.

It's just a plastic garbage can lid, so the netting can slide and shift without tearing on the rough top of the telephone pole.
