I used Cackle for sexed bantams, was happy with the chicks and the service. I ordered 5, 6 arrived in great shape. Two turned out to be males but I got my refund and sold them at an auction.
To be fair, bantams are harder to sex.
I got my Dominiques from Cackle, am pleased with their temperament.
