That is true, although in this case it was a camper at the place I work. The other kid came up to me and said, "[name] put her hair on my head and it made me uncomfortable"
Awww, thanks. I don’t know that the dr meant to be rude... maybe I wasn’t communicating my pain properly or something, but I guess I’ve been extra stressed since whenever I go to any medical offices, especially when I know they’re going to do something in my mouth.
Or here’s another pet peeve of mine... (I copied and pasted (my) story from another thread.
Pet peeve: ‘Just whatever you do, don’t move’
Definitely am not a fan of the dentist. I think part of the reason is bad previous experiences as a kid, people treating me differently (acting like I...
Yea, I hate migraines with a passion, they made me miss out on almost a few months of work because they would get so bad.
Luckily they’re managed pretty well now and are pretty rare for me.
I’d actually take a migraine over the dentist though.
I don't actually know (I only started going there a year ago) I feel it'd get expensive quickly-I think I'd rather get a couple of new chickens than spend the money on that. :p
Definitely something to think about, though!
:eek:No... scraping?
Thanks. I don't know that I've ever met someone...
Oh my goodness, that's awful!
I had a root canal recently (a couple months ago)
I had switched dentists, and the previous dentist had done x-rays, but apparently they didn't show my roots.
So, my first dentist appointment at the new dentist was shocking. They cleaned my teeth (But used...
Although my real medical pet peeve is this. Actually there's a few.
A.
Starburst, my twin sister, rarely, if ever, brushes.
However, I brush 2x a day and floss 1x, but I always seem to have cavities! :barnie
B.
When they don't explain things. Like today: Them: "Ok, we're going to have to...
Not really a pet peeve, but something that makes me very anxious (Although a lot of things make me anxious...)
Going to the dentist to get some super sealants, which already stresses me out (the dentist in general)
While they're prepping for it, scraping the tooth, etc. they scrape through and...
That’s interesting!
For some reason I thought they were from drinking coffee.
Now that I think about it though, I take a supplement that’s really helped with my migraines and it has some caffeine in it, I think.
Just found This.
One of my literal pet peeves:
When Finley, the 11 year old toy poodle, who definitely KNOWS he’s supposed to go potty outside, pees on everything inside.
