I don't think the other 2 will hatch😥 The chick keeps peeping and peeping. It is warm and everything but I think it's lonely. Should I get it more chick or should I wait till the Faverolles are due to hatch? (in around 2 days). It is breaking my heart hearing it peep all day long☹️

How do you know they pipped internalky? I'm just wandering🤔 I candled the eggs due to hatch yesterday and I saw that they had tiny red dots near the air cell. What is that?

It’s day 3! I candled today! 3/9 don’t look fertile but I am happy with that!:bun I also added Salmon Faverolle eggs yesterday! And Ill maybe add Araucana eggs tomorrow!:fl

Eggs set!

OMG! This was so crazy! I got 2 eggs (believed fertile) from a poultry show. They gave them to me for free. So... I decided to hatch🤣 The incubator is all set up and I think I will add 8 more eggs in it🤪 I will set today!

With much regret I decided not to incubate any more this year. I considered things and I will incubate in spring in time for easter👍 Good luck on all your hatches!

The coldest months are usually January to febtuary but the usually hangs around longer🤣
