This is probably why. It's probably not capable.

I just saw the screenshot you posted in a different thread. I read this as your device is not capable. I am not sure. What version Android do you have? Do you have Android 11?

Do you know which exact model phone you have? I can try to look for a YouTube video to show you where to look if you aren't sure.

Go to your actual phone settings and make sure that you have notifications turned on there first.

I thought for sure that's what I was saying the first time. :confused:
