Raw or cooked? We sometimes Give our skink scrambled eggs. (We used to give him raw ones but stoped because of the fear .of salmonella. [ that's before we had chickens])

We have fed our blue tounged skin with canned cat food and powder supplements all his life, (of course with occasional tomato worms, crickets, strawberry, etc.) Would it be a similar diet? More meat?
