I just want to clarify a couple things, then I will shut up. My observation was in response to a post that has since been deleted. Also, I did make a post before that one that was a valid suggestion to seek legal help from the lawyer they used the first time this "neighbor in question" tried...

Presumably, when he sued you it was necessary for you to hire a lawyer. So you should already have a relationship with an attorney who is familiar with the neighbor in question. I would ask your lawyer to advise him that you are requesting the chickens be contained owing to toxic lawn treatment...
