    When I read BOOZE,,, I got a chuckle out of it. Well, I actually do add alcohol to my Angel wing recipe. It was RUM last time. I know that by the time it gets cooked/baked, the alcohol does evaporate, and I don't get a BUZZ, :old:rant:lau but it does its purpose/job in the dough.

    The oily rag can pose a hazard,,,, An oiled saw blade does not,,,, without the rag. BTW,,, The linseed oil is the one to be super careful about. :old I have an assortment of spare blades. They just hang on a 16D nail on the garage wall. No rust issues.

    You may consider looking into dehydrating. BUT that will not work for all foods. I have never tried that, but have read many postings with peeps having good results.

    If you don't have very many to plant, I suggest one of these. I do have one, and used it to drill holes to plant bulbs, and other ground projects. Got mine from Menards. Then fill hole with some potting soil. The drill may be able to make a hole in frozen soil. :old :idunno

    I never made it,,,, but do remember my mom doing it. She made a large batch using a large stoneware pot. She them laid a board on top, with a stone as weight. Covered the top with a cloth. I still have the pot and stone in my possession. Just for memories❤️ I guess placing into jars...
