Happy Valentine’s Day!!! My Mom requested raspberry mousse, so I made a raspberry mousse cake! It has a layer of brownie, a thin layer of chocolate ganache, and a layer of raspberry mousse then it’s covered in a mirror glaze, which I didn’t have enough of and it was a lot brighter than I thought!
