3/4 today! I am still getting 2-4 eggs per day and with the weather cooling off and days being shorter I am good with that. My girls are hard workers it seems!! :)

I've been out of the loop lately. Is Agatha still broody and sitting on the eggs you got her? If so how long does she have left? I'm really thinking about incubating some eggs here soon, I doubt I'll have a broody. So I'm researching all I need to know to be successful.

that's awesome, your granddaughter is so smart and knows so much about chickens! I'm still learning chicken stuff so clear me up... you have to replace the eggs because while they may have been fertile they were refrigerated and can't hatch anymore right? Good luck with it, I hope it all works...

4/4 today! After yesterdays big fat 0 I am glad they all laid today. 3 laid this morning and 1 waited till this afternoon so I wonder if she won't lay tomorrow! :/ The shorter days are not looking too promising for lots of eggs. Also the chicken that has been laying the longest (2 months now)...

A big fat 0 out of 4 today. I think the shorter days and a tad bit cooler weather is taking a toll on my girls egg production. Hopefully that means I'll get 4 tomorrow!

4 broodies, oh my gosh. I want to hatch some eggs in the spring but I may not get a broody so I'll have to do it myself!

First time getting 4/4! So exciting! and my last one to start laying is laying the biggest eggs, hers was 46g today and it's only her 3rd egg whereas my first to lay is only at 41g and she's been laying for almost 2 months!

2/4!!! But yay one of them is our newest and final layer. I am sooo happy and can't wait for the 1st 4 egg day now that all 4 are laying!

I got another 3/4 day. Yay! Tomorrow my BA will take the day off I'm sure because she laid real late today and I'm not sure my EE will lay 3 days in a row but my BR was checking out the nest box quite a bit today. So I will either have 1 from my NH or 2 with a new and our final layer! Fingers...

No I don't think I was around for that. I know they will take days off and I expected it but I guess I just assumed if I had 3 layers id mostly get 2 a day. Oh well ill take what I can get. I love them whether they give me an egg or not. :)
