Um, this is late but timely post... July 6 got 14... 2 from my 2 virgin layers, and 12 fertile ones that were added to my adoption take-away. The photos are with and without flash. And I don't have an incubator for them yet! :oops:

Since early April have been collecting eggs from local seafood merchants cleaning perch, bass and rockfish. Yummmy!!! :love :thumbsup

Today 4/5 2 = Dasher's, :eek: in her new nest. 0 = Missy's, 0 = Donner's. No question about above! Both eggs in the new spot. One was her normal small brown and the other slightly smaller and a shade lighter with speckles. Definitely not Donners; she has pale brown large eggs and she's too...

probably a fluke. My BR has the odd speckledy egg too.

Little dark one is BR for sure, the lighter larger is probably RIR. I think the big dark one is a different hen. Congrats! 4/3/18 = only 1, from Donner; Today 4/4 1 = Dasher's, :D in new nest. 1 = Missy's, :D 1 = Donner's, :D
