Really? Do they sell shoulder or pork butt roasts? I don’t know what they would be called on the east coast. Anyhow if the sell the roasts they could cut into steaks for you.

Chuck roast cooked low and slow in red wine and stock with mushrooms and onions. Served with egg noodles and fresh spinach.

We had corned beef and cabbage the past two nights. Tonight it’s back to leftover spaghetti with salad and veg.

:thumbsup Sounds perfect! We got a new grill and I’ve made friends with the smoker box it came with! I picked little pieces of maple from in and around the woodpile and giving almost everything a brief smoke cook. Especially salmon. But when it starts raining I’m not going to be wanting to go...
