Tonight we're going to have spaghetti with meat sauce and no-kneed bread. I always make a double batch of sauce and put the leftovers in the frig. Then in a couple of days I'll use the leftover sauce to make lasagna.
We had tuna salad on homemade egg bread for supper last night. Now I need to think of something to make for supper tonight that also uses lots of eggs. LOL Maybe I'll just make breakfast for supper tonight. Fried eggs with biscuits and sausage gravy. Oh, yeah, that sounds good.

In a large frying make a dark roux with 2 cups of flour....add onions, bell peppers, celery and carrots....stir and cook until the onions are translucent.
Dump roux mixture into a pot with 1/2 gallon of boiling...
