    2015 August hatch-a-long!!

I'm now in week 2: the week where you have to check humidity levels daily because they start sucking up that moisture! I add warm water so that my temperature won't change much. Hoping for a great hatch!

I haven't been on BYC in a long time. I spotted this posting and it's perfect timing. I just plugged in the incubator-Hova bator 2362N with self turner, and I am refreshing my mind on temps and humidity settings. I'm in FL. If things are working correctly, I'll be hatching in August, too...

    FLORIDA!!!!!ALWAYS SUNNY SIDE UP!!!

$2-3 I think is a fair price. I've not run into any problems but I know there are laws and rules and such out there. I sell to friends and family, and have a sign at the end of the driveway that says "Eggs" (the chickens are on the front lawn during the day so people "get it"

Want to add a rooster to my flock - need some advice

I love having roosters. Words of caution: young roos can be relentless breeders until they settle down. The backs of your hens may become feather less so watch out for that. It can also be difficult to see your favorite girls be taken--sometimes roughly--by a roo.
