I would just manually turn the chicken eggs and try your best to keep things clean with they're hatching. How old are the chicken eggs? If they're not in lock down it shouldn't be a problem if the baby quals somehow roll the eggs.
I would give him away and try over with a sex link rooster. I usually spend a lot of time with my chicks when I figure out they're roos. They come out nicer in my experience.
Though that egg was taken at 12 days old. Now it is day 16. I still don't believe how big that embryo was. I mark them down the day I get them so that was very strange to me. Also can't see in the egg anymore.

I actually managed to change my roosters aggressiveness. Doesn't always work. What I do is when they bite I hit them (enough to where it hurts but doesn't damage them). Then I carry them for a while then put them in time out. Worked on two of them.
