Unfortunately the chick passed away the other day 😢 I’m not sure what happened, but I saw s/he was acting lethargic and getting stepped on by some of the other chicks. I tried feeding, giving more water, and keeping her warm but within a span of an hour, she was gone 😔 none of the other chicks...

I agree with everyone else, the silver and gold laced look like cockerels and the Tolbunt’s crest looks very smooth and round, like a hen

Your Tolbunt were GORGEOUS, but I’m glad they were able to find a new home. Too bad at least one wasn’t a hen so your daughter could keep one.

I think you’re right about them, and the last I would guess hen only because the crest feathers aren’t as sharp-looking as they are in on the cockerels
