I would contact the USDA directly before even bidding. There is a possible 30 day quarintine on the eggs as soon as they hit USA, and England isn't on the list as being free of Exotic Newcastle Disease.

You can do this if you want to, but it's really not necessary. My babies spend the first couple weeks in a brooder in my shop and then get transferred to an outside pen that is closed with fresh bedding. Once they are big enough to not slip out of the fencing they get let into the attached run...
