I am still going to use rubberized roof material and styrofoam sheets over it. I am east of Lansing. I have to be able let my flocks out so they can access my original run and tiny coop while I air out theirs after using the roofing stuff. This snow, cold and wind is driving me crazy. My...
Thanks for asking, it's been to cold finish coating the inside of the coop. Added more ventilation but like you stated it's not going to do any good till the condensation is fixed.
Glad to hear she is still getting along and living her life to the fullest! I feel your discouragement, I have a limping silkie I can't afford x-rays or surgery. Keep your chin up and keep doing what you can. Best wishes coming your way!!!

Mmhmm it was SUCH a pain cutting and squeezing those small capsules lol. I was sooo happy when I opened the new ones from Walmart!! My silkies have a hard time eating the sunflower seeds whole which is where the blender came in. Mine is small maybe like a coffee grinder. So glad I could help!
Many thanks for the warm viral hugs! I can't help to get attached lol. I have a little cross beak in the house I will weight too, he is my youngest and smallest. I love to help how ever I can to ease others worries.
You are not alone, I still worry about everyone in my flock too. I have lost week old chicks, I am dealing with 3 separate issues at this very moment. We are human and worriers by nature.
I never weight mine unless they went to the vet. How is she eating? Acting normal? I can look back at my silkie vet records tomorrow see what his weight and age was.
Yes the nutri-drench will but she needs the vitamin e to actually recover. I saw a difference with the sunflower seeds. I put it in a small blender so easier for them to peck at.
