Never owned a legbar before, I can recommend lemon millefleur sablepoot bantams, they are the most friendly chickens ever, two of mine now fly up to our hands or shoulders .
The only thing is, the chicken house's state 8 birds but probably wouldnt fit even 8 bantams. Saying that I have 7 (3 silkies, 3 milliefluer & 1 polish) and they choose to all go into the same house/coop at night and squeeze in lol so I sold my second coop for this reason. Now the only problem...
Hi this one was from a local young man just up the road from me in Lancaster and my other pollish was bought from a breeder in Singleton from a place called manor farm poultry.
I am from Lancashire in the uk, this pic was taken last year when I set it up in summer and the coop is just to the left so this is just a run for them when I am at work. I have a car tyre and a couple of other things in there now too.
The thing is its in a converted greenhouse and some panels have been removed and chicken wire put there and on the roof as it gets too hot in winter so it is getting wet all the time :(
