That goose eggs make incredibly creamy custard ice cream. I had some eggs frozen in my freezer and needed to use them and wow, it was the best vanilla ice cream ever. Now I wish I hadn't given all those goose eggs away.
So does the stationary blower vacuum the dust out through the pipe? I didn't know blowers could suck air only blow it? As I reread that...you have both blowers blowing in and the dust goes out through the vent holes at the top, which mine wouldn't probably as I have horizontal air spaces.
Oh..good to know...I do need instant results but will not expect that now.
There are dispensers on Amazon but I didn't want to buy one if I can just sprinkle it.
Sure enough it says September/October so I'm hoping I have grass by then.
Hey Aart, can you tell me if you used an applicator or how did you apply it to your lawn, for the Milky Spore? I have it on order and coming from Amazon. It may be too hot to even use it as it will be 98 in Kentucky this week.
If you have electricity you can use an Echo dot to control a lightbulb. I just bought an Echo Spot for $17 (may be more expensive now) and you can buy a LifX mini bulb (They fit into a regular bulb socket) for around $10, but I've never used one outside. I have light bulbs in every room in...
I only use it at night, so it doesn't get much use....but yes you would take it back in the house and recharge it...normally I only use the light when I go out to the coop to turn off the fans later or something like that.
I'm sure it would operate while plugged in not sure why you would need...
I found these on Amazon and loved them so much, I wanted to share.
They can be hung in your coop and they come with a small remote. I take the remote with me to the coop and the bulbs light up my 12x20 coop wonderfully. If you forget the remote they have a tiny button you can push too but I...
Yeah that was my next step to buy the Milky Spore. I'm desperate so I guess I will try it...I planted clover for the chickens inside their fence..waited 3 months to remove the barrier and they devoured it so then I had an idea to plant grass mixed with poultry seed mix outside their fence...and...
I thought the chickens kept grubs in check but the grubs are under the ground.
Also I read Milky spore can be used safely around the chickens. Was wondering if anyone had success with that. I guess I'm just wondering if anyone else had grubs with chickens roaming their lawn. The chickens...
Frigidaire has a small AC unit and GE also has a small one that I used in my last coop. Depending on your window you can use blocks of wood to keep it from damaging the window frame. I'd say go for it. Temps are hotter than they used to be. Just like the killer freeze we had that killed...
I put the rosebush inside their fence LOL because I am trying to populate their yard with different bushes and grasses. But I also let them come into the upper back yard and I have a rose bush there...so I guess I will have to make something decorative to go around the rose bush until the...
So I read that chickens won't eat "knock out" roses...well today I found out different...they snipped off the rose buds even and ate those. It looked like they used scissors....I'm assuming when the bushes grow bigger, they can't reach the roses but not sure...Any suggestions for making an...
I read you can also give ducks corid. I fix a bucket for my chickens and the goose drinks it...well most of it actually and she was fine. It's easier to medicate the chickens without a water bird, because waterfowl spills so much of it.
Male ducks (drakes) should not be in with chickens, if...
I'm just giving a heads up, I was told at Tractor Supply that Tylan 50 will no longer be sold in stores, but then I read that no antibiotics will be available without a prescription anymore because people are using it for Covid. Has anyone else heard anything?
Out of 8 stores, I found Tylan 50...
