😂😂 That figures I have a bunch of roosters. I didn't get them for eggs so as long as they can get along I don't mind. They will go from the little coop their in now out to a fenced yard to free ranging all day. So they will have their room.
What does OEGB mean?
Thanks for your help!
I got Chicks-bantam from tractor supply for a dollar each because they are "old" at 3-4 weeks.
They could not tell me the breeds though. Can somebody tell me the breed of these two Chicks?
Thanks so much!
Jennifer

I will post pictures later when my honey can come home and take them I am so affected by this I can't even go in the coop right now. I have had chickens for seven years and have never lost them like I am losing them now
The animal came back last night. My honey heard it and ran out and searched the coop but didn't see anything. Two were dead though. He opened the chickens this morning because I couldn't bear the thought of it. He says the holes are too small for a raccoon. I don't know. I'm pretty sure it's a...
I'm so sorry. It's difficult isn't it? I cannot bear the thought of even going to open them tomorrow morning. I just can't see it again. 😩

Whatever it is...
An animal has attacked and killed some of my chickens three times in one week!

We have more chickens then ducks so we have always fed them chicken feed and they have been healthy. One thing I want to mention since your getting ducklings that they will need oatmeal in their diet if they are not going to have access to bugs and grass. They can develope angel wing otherwise...
Do you know at what age the girls lay? We didn't get any last summer so should I expect them this year? Thank you for telling me the color of their egg. I didn't know that. I have 2 Muscovy birds as well. We used to have more ducks- even domesticated mallards (their so big compared to the will...
Hi!
these wild mallards were brought to us in the middle of summer as probably newly hatched. I read that by November I should be able to tell the sex because the males will develope a green head and white ring around it's neck. In these three photos it is all for of the ducks. I think their all...
