Cinco the chicken.

There are 12 birds. I believe there are 2 that have this poop condition

We have birds that range from age 6 to 3 weeks old.

Its about every few days.

I’m seeing this color and consistency poop from a few of my chickens. They are on a layer feed with occasional scratch. They have clean water numerous times a day and also get electrolytes and probiotics. None of the chickens that expel this color are lethargic or seem sick.

I cannot thank everyone enough who helped with their feedback and suggestions.

I’m devastated to say that I’m waiting for my friend to return with her so that she can be buried with the others we’ve lost over the years. She had not improved and i cannot continue to watch it suffer.

No it does not. It squirms regardless. Its sad because the bird is active but just not in a productive way.
