Hi. Haven't posted in a while, but just hatched out some welsummer chicks and got a bit of a surprise. 2 of the chicks are unusually colored. One looks like it could be isabelle, and the other maybe just very light, but I'd like your opinions, please. Ordered eggs from a seller on here...
Received my eggs on Wednesday, VERY well packaged, NONE broken, and he sent 3 extras. Nice looking eggs! Setting them now and will post pics of the chicks!
Here's a pic (not the best, sorry) of my barred olive egger that I bred last year. She hasn't started laying yet, but I'm hoping soon. Her mom was a Lav Ameraucana, and dad was a blue cuckoo Marans.

Hi. I've got a New Mexico question. After visiting 30 years ago, I am having these strange urges to come back to New Mexico. In fact, I have day dreams about actually moving there. What rural areas are there that are affordable and commutable to Albuquerque? I'd want a few acres with trees. Thanks!
Linda, very cool little cabin!! I love it! I would so be camping out there from time to time. Also very nice coop. Thanks so much for sharing your photos :)
