I need name suggestions for my new dog (pics included)

Sorry for this very late response, but a lot of things came up in my life. It took us months and months to finally find a name for her. Usually it isn't this hard, but with her it was. At first she was just crazy, you couldn't even pet her because you couldn't stop her running long enough to...

I am going to Chicago, need tips on the best places to visit!

Me and my college room mate are going to Chicago next month for a concert. We want to explore the city too. We are going to go to a few of the best tourist attractions, but we also really just want to see and experience the city. Any tips on unique or cool places to go? Would love some tips on...

What do you think of doggie wheelchairs?

My weiner dog has had two back surgeries because of slipped discs, and after the second surgery she cannot use her back legs. They gave us a wheel chair, and she just goes all over the place. If the dog is still lively, happy, and you can tell it has the will to live, by all means get one!

I need name suggestions for my new dog (pics included)

It can't be Keelah. My best friend's sister's name is Keyla, pronounced the same. We are really close and it would just be really weird.

    Dog Training

LOL. We learned about them being escape artists from the first dog. The fence is well over six feet high, and not chain link, and I check regularly for any holes they might be trying to dig under without my knowledge. They are so smart, and that works both ways. It can be a blessing and a...

    Kittens sucking on each other...

This might be a dumb question, but since I don't know anything about how old they are, when you got them, how you are caring for them, etc. I must ask. You do (or did, if they are older) take a warm cloth and rub them to get them to urinate right?

my future big dog...which breed (corso, am-bull, great dane)

I know this isn't on your list, and I know that they shed like crazy so that violated your critera too...but I just had to mention Huskies! They are SOOO smart, protective, loyal, and just amazing dogs. Thought I'd just put that out there.

    Dog Training

Thanks. The cats and dog are seperated. They can get up on our screened in porch, or in our outbuilding. Our yard is fenced, so they stay inside the fence and for right now the dog is in a pen outside of the fence. I bring her up and put her in the fence when I'm home and my mom walks down to...

    Dog Training

I recently had another stray dog come up to the house, a huskey. She seems to be on the younger side, and even though she's nowhere near full weight she is strong as an ox and can drag me here there and everywhere. She also doesn't listen to "no's" or "get downs." It is very important that we...

    WORST DAY EVER... Our dog

If you don't want the dog, then find it a new home. Putting it down for this is not the answer, and quite frankly is stupid. You don't even know what really happened, because you can't get a straight story from a kid that young. Also, next time make sure you KNOW what kind of vaccine the dog...

I need name suggestions for my new dog (pics included)

We did some checking into it to see if we could find where she came from, and our neighbor told us that she was dumped a few weeks ago and some people down the street took her in. They couldn't handle her and it didn't work out, so they turned her out again and she roamed for a couple of days...

I need name suggestions for my new dog (pics included)

Thanks you guys, she is really beautiful. Just very very thin and not well taken care of. Huskeys are not a common breed around here at all, in fact I think in my neighborhood we are the only one within 10+ miles that has one. I only know of one other person in town that has them. I'm just...

I need name suggestions for my new dog (pics included)

The last time I couldn't come up with a name, I posted here and you guys gave me the perfect name, so I'm trying it again. A stray came up to our house Tuesday, and we are going to keep her. It appears she was dropped or something. She's pretty young, and a huskey. We have another huskey that...

    Dumped Easter Ducks

I get a lot of stuff too, but its either from sources I can't use, or it doesn't have any specific facts and numbers, just a general overview. This speech can only be three minutes, so I have to pack a lot of facts into a very short amount of time. I'm looking for quick, hard data and facts. I...

    Dumped Easter Ducks

Thanks for the links! Anything you can point me too is good. I don't know why I can't find any of these when I search on google anymore. I need three sources, so if you have any other websites that would be great!

Can someone clarify mule ducks for me?

I don't completely understand how it works. I have a duckling whose dad is a Muscovy and the mom is a blue swedish and brown runner cross. Will it lay eggs if it is a female? I don't understand the difference between mules and hennies. (Is that even the right word?) Someone please help! I need...

letting my muscovey hatch her eggs

That long into incubation, the eggs should be all dark on the inside. Muscovy eggs incubate for 35 days, so if it has been 4 weeks I would say just wait and see. I know its hard, but jostling them too much or taking them now could cause problems. My female muscovy laid eggs way up in the hollow...
