Bought some hatching eggs mostly barnyard mix but also some possibilities of pure breeds. Do these look like Speckled Sussex or mixes? Too early to tell?

Day 18 and I have 22/29 eggs still going strong! Humidity has been run at 30-35%. (Chicken eggs) How high would you recommend bumping the humidity for lockdown without drowning them? Lockdown always seems to be where I lose the most.

We picked up 5 straight run buff Orpingtons a few weeks ago. They are all about 11 weeks. Still too early to tell? I have other breeds that I can easily tell for a couple weeks now but these ones I have no idea.
