i put my partridge pekin bantam cockerel with my 2 silver Dutch bantams together and one of them went on the nest and now we have 2 chicks and exceng more.

I keep 3 males and 2 females and I was thinking about getting more tomorrow
but when I came back from work this afternoon I found only 2 of my males left
1 of the males has some of its fethers missing
I have a pair of blue parrotlets
the female gets its fethers plucked from its head
why is it doing that?
because it is winter we have them inside in a massive cage and they hardly move around in it why?
