Hi all, we have kept egg layers for years, but ordered a batch of meat birds(red rangers).. I want to be as self sufficient as possible so have been debating on what to do with my last few chickens.. i have 2 ladies and a roo left and I want to keep at least the roo to breed with our heritage...

there's also 3 new egg layers in there to add to the flock. We will have 9 egg layers 25 meat birds and hopefully finish with 3 turkeys all still alive at the end of the season for processing.
I have a 4x8 coop with a 8x24 run and I currently have 6 ladies who live there laying eggs happily. This year I am adding on 3 more ladies to the flock and 25 meat birds. Is this coop big enough for all of them or should I build a chicken tractor seperate for the meat birds that the ladies can...
