I got a little too much sun the other day. GC and I went to the Current river and sat our chairs in the water. That river is COLD! It wasn't a hot enough day to make you want to get all in, but it felt good on our feet. My arms feel a little itchy so I know I caught some rays. Felt good!

I put my little injured chick and its companion out in gen pop tonight, it seemed a lot better. DH watched them for a bit and said they mingled right in, no problemo. They are a little over 4 weeks old.

Sunday is DH's morning to lie abed a bit, so I got up at 6:30, hobbled up the stairs on two canes, fed the dogs and opened up the chickens. He has to carry their feeders out though, they are too heavy for me and I can't manage them on 2 canes anyway. He's up at 7 so they don't have to wait long...
