bring smoker up to temp. place chicken on rack. I don't soak mine in brine, just "naked"
smoke for 1 hr per pound till the meat is 190
we feed ours pretty much every thing, believe me they'll eat it. If I was closer I'd come cut him for ya takes about 5 seconds. Just watch out when you do cut him it'll be a wrestleing match 60 pigs have alot of power. If he starts pushing the fence run a line of electric fence about 8-12"...

It's a good show I picked up some laying hens cheap last spring.
I have a 4ft fence on one of my runs, I clip one wing on each bird every spring and every fall. every once in awhile one will get out. Good thing my lab has a soft mouth, he'll usually return her to me unharmed
I use Seven, probably about the same thing as what you use. I clean the coop good before and re-bed and sprinkle it around the coop then leave a litter box of it that they can dust in
Nice shot!!! To bad about your hen getting tore up. give her a place by herself where she can recover. I haven't had a yote problem this year last year had one. But some buddies and I hunted them pretty hard and took 5 off a 1 mile radius of my place. Unfort, there are alot more to be taken care of.
