    This silkie hatched 12hrs ago. It can't walk. It just scoots around. It keeps both legs together with one tucked up under it. Doesn't look like splay leg or slipped tendon. Any idea what to do?

    I’ve been using a mix . I’ve mixed fish mox with poultry cell with sugar and fish mox. I do a small syringe three times a day. At first the chicken rejected the fluid now it takes it.     Thank you for the reply, I don’t see any exposed bone just that inflamed joint up top. I wrapped the bird in a sling and it seems to be doing better as far as wanting to stand.

    Looking at this coop 🐓🏠

    Here’s ours in the process … my point is it’s a work and progress today it’s getting a roof , later siding and doors and someday an extension. It’s not hard to do this with a friend I promise! Do it yourself ! It’ll pay off on the long run!
