If I wanted to get wheaten into a breed, what would be the best colour to cross with? Would wheaten hens or cocks work best? Generally, what is the most efficient way to do this?

I do know of at least 2 breeders that are NPIP and ship eggs too, both are in the facbooks groups.

There is an Ohiki group on facebook and a group for the official club being formed. People are still breeding them, and new people, such as myself, come along often enough. I just got my first pair earlier this January.

As was said above, lemon blues are made with brown red and splash/blue.
