I could be wrong of course. Would the swelling go down of it was MG? She's never been exposed to sick chickens so how would she get it? is there a way that I can get her tested to be certain?

Thank you for the info! But I don't think that it is a disease, as the swelling is going down after treating her with electrolytes and disinfectant. She's also able to open her eye a bit more now and it only affected one. She's also been around the chicks inside for a few days and none of the...

Ive had this chick for 5 days, i'd estimate that shes a little over a week old. I have seen her drink, she poops normally, she doesnt have pasty butt. She doesnt hog the heat infact she usually stays in the coolest corner of the brooder, I only feed them chick food and hard boiled egg yolk.
