Last yr I would say the MJ was in charge, she may agree or disagree, but she started the ball rolling, so I say she was the POOPS chair person. Everyone just pitched in where they could. All worked out & we had a good time. We had said we would possibly use the Newcastle location again on an...

I took some of my day old Appleyards to Blanchard once, the bidding went crazy. The 2 guys thought they were the small Appleyards. I put the info on the box, but they were not paying attention! There was a guy outside of OKC selling some appleyard calls, but they didn't look anything like the...

I already have few calls, just looking for some other colors. Have had muscovys & silver appleyards. honestly I get just as much enjoyment out of the tiny calls & they are cheaper to feed. We butchered our extras when we had the larger ducks, they were yummy, but I never liked that I was...

I have the brinsea eco, with the turner & love it. The eco is designed where you can just turn the incubator, instead of the eggs, each time you walk in the room- a couple times a day & the eggs should be fine. I wish the eco was easier to clean, but it has given us multiple 100% hatches...

The warm weather has the critters coming out to play. My dogs have been making a fuss & chasing varmints since sundown. Maybe my chickens will decide to lay some eggs this wk.

I have seen many 100% hatches out of my Eco, so yes I blame the eggs. Sorry! You will love your Brinsea once spring comes.

wolfpak glad you were able to save yours. Mine are sleeping inside at night, but I think they just never recovered from playing outside when the rain, sleet, ice mixture was coming down.
