yesterday my big roo (chucky) looked perfectly fine, as mean as ever. Today when i went out to feed them, he is moping around, not crowing, eyes almost totally closed. When he jumped out of the coop into the new run, only about 6 inches, he fell like his legs couldnt hold him. Any idea what...

really nice coop, and i agree with chickielady, a little bit of something more sturdy for predators around the bottom to make your chickens that extra bit safer. nice job on your build!

i like the idea, looks like a nice clean looking coop...but i have an issue with there statement that says 4-6 chickens, unless i missed something about the size i dont think that would be good for that many chickens...unless they include a shoe-horn to squeeze them in there

i wish i could find me some shipping crates that looks like a good solid material. is there a place yall are finding them or are they just coming up on craigslist?
