We had the same issues with our girls. It took about a week of placing them inside before they figured it out. Another week of placing them on the roost and they are close to figuring it out too. It just took consistency. Once 2 went in one night the other 10 followed the following nights.
I have suspicions about 1 or 2 being a roo… thoughts? They are about 8 weeks old.
