I have six chickens. Three of which are Americaunas. I noticed that two of them are missing some tail feathers. Is this normal? Or should I separate them? There isn’t any blood or anything. Just not sure what to do.

I tried again tonight. They splashed everywhere; trying to get out. I hope so too! 😁

I was only able to get one in. He froze, pooped, then hopped out.

I put one in the pool. He stood there frozen for a sec. Pooped then hopped out.

I started with a pool. They wouldn’t even go in the run. I swapped it for a 3 gallon hog feeder, they won’t even drink from it. I’ve used a regular bowl. I’ve put peas in there; strawberries. I tried to put a small ramp up to the pool. Not sure what to do for them to get out?

My ducks have avoided any type of basin that I’ve put in their run, for them to play in. I’ve used smaller and smaller. Put treats in them. Nothing. I thought Ducks love the water??? They’re Swedish Blues.

I’ll see if I can catch it. It doesn’t sound like they’re in distress. Just never heard them do that before. Just recently.
