The splash sapphire looks closer but they don't have that stark cut between white and grey. This one is literally grey head and that's it then it cuts to white in the body

They say either hoover hatchery or privet and I've not found anything that looks exactly right. They also didn't have any of the gems listed as available that day (not saying it didn't happen) I forget what it was in with at this point
