It is a little heavy, but I usually use a hand-truck/dolly to move it around. I go in under the front, lift it up and drag it around. I have also used the loader on my tractor to lift and move it with a strap but that took longer than the dolly method. We just use that coop now for a...

    Leghorn foot problem

We noticed one of our leghorns limping and when we caught her and took a look she has a swollen foot with some clear bloody discharge. There isn't any visible trauma and the bottom of the foot is clear ruling out bumble foot. We have had chickens for over a year now but are newbies with first...

We got this big boy a few weeks ago from a friend who couldn't keep him in the city limits. I posted some pics to get help identifying him and was led to believe that he's possibly Asil. He's around 4-5 months old. What do you guys think?

    Barn Tractor (Mobile Home)

This tractor was adapted from a design by an intern at the Kerr Center in Poteau, OK. The design is pretty neat with panels that can be opened to allow access to the inside of the coop from the rear, and from inside the run. The original design was a little smaller than I wanted so I scaled it...
