Thank you! I also think they are some type of tumbler possibly a mix. I looked up Komorners and they don’t have the feathered feet. I found a couple online that I think look very similar. Russian tumbler and Olde style saddle muffed tumbler.

I bought 3 of these pigeons today and I’m wondering what breed they are. They all have feathered feet 2 of them are crested.

The Slate/silver one is a male. It’s hard to see because of the silver but it has reddish colored vent feathers. The black one is definitely a female, she’s been laying an egg every day. Out of the 8 I hatched 6 ended up being boys lol

Thanks! They are 8 weeks old today and their sexes are obvious now and I’m getting eggs already. I ended up with 6 males and 2 females. The black one I thought for sure was a male but it laid an egg today! After a lot of googling I think the black one may be double factor blue face.

Are all of these tuxedos males? They all have red on their tails.

Is this silver or slate or something else?

What colors are my button quail and are they male or female? This first one is very dark almost black.

Turkey’s can actually reproduce asexually with no male at all! It’s called parthenogenesis. I incubated a few eggs but nothing happened.

Here’s a few of mine. Getting a picture of them isn’t easy, they won’t stay still lol.

I also had 2 chicks hatch last night that are the exact same color but these ones are going to have a wild pattern like an Egyptian.

I actually hatched 2 of them. The other one has white in it.

It’s a lot lighter than my grau fee. As a chick it was a light reddish brown which is why I thought it had the roux gene.

I suppose it could just be scarlet. I’m not sure why it’s so light though, all of my other scarlets are a lot darker. Here’s a couple of my scarlets.
