My April babies just started laying in the past few weeks. I had given up most hope for eggs this year. The wait is certainly painful! But I’m confident you will have eggs within a few weeks! One of my pullets started laying two weeks after reddening and squatting.

My “olive” egger laid her first egg today at 18 weeks and 2 days! She had started nesting two days ago, but it was in the middle of the run. The other three juveniles seem several weeks away from laying, and my post-broody hen seems close to getting back to paying her keep!
