- I help wildlife centers rescue and will encubate abandoned eggs when they are overwhelmed.
Love birds & helping rehabilitate and return to their natural habitat.
Last year we hatched 15 quails an two dove eggs.
Quail are easy, but doves are hard to get to eat. Doves usually hand them off two days after hatching. Not good at force feeding.
Mocking birds are the easiest. Their mouths are in constant gape for food. Also understand why they are so chatty. Have big mouths from birth.
