I have a 14 week old batam that apears to have some sort of neuolgical problem. There are no signs of physical injury. She walks stagering for a few steps and then falls over, she repeats this untill she finally gets to where she is going. She manages to get out of the coop in the AM and back in at night. I have been giving her some food and keeping the others away and holding her while she drinks to see that she gets some nutrition. I question whether I'm doing a good thing by helping her stay alive or should I help her out of her dicomfort.
I'm wondering if any of you have seen or heard of an ailment such as this and if there is anything I can do for this poor chicken.
