Introducing new chickens

Could anyone tell me how to introduce three new hens to a rooster and hen who have been together for seven years...I'm nervous about the Change it might cause.. thanks

im assuming that the new hens are grown.the best way to introduce them is put new hens on the roost at nite.then in the morning maybe they wont scuffle to bad.
