2 Polish chicks gender

I'd say it's a sure thing personally. If it were my bird, I'd treat that one like it was definitely a rooster. Here's a picture (not mine, off the internet from a hatchery) for comparison: pullets/hens have much more neat and orderly feathers while the cockerels/roosters have more of a bedraggled punk rock look to them.

Hi there, I posted a few weeks back and I believe I have my WC Blue’s figured out but my bearded golden polish still have me up in the air about their genders. I believe I have a male & a female but I’m not positive. They’re 9 weeks old, can anyone help? Thank you!!
