The one on the left looks like a white, and possibly a self blue on the right, im not totally sure on the one in the middle.

Humph, what does it mean that yours are heritage?

How long does it take for the white tips to come in on their tails? How long should you wait to decide to cull because of that reason? And is that a reason to cull?
