Umm that's a good question 🤔. From what I have read the babies just jump out of the tree and start flying. I watched some videos on it as well.

It's a Muscovy and I think they belong in the wood duck family.

Update on Ms Ducky in our tree. We kept finding more and more eggs in the ground so my husband put a fence up.
