Hypoclorous acid (active ingredient in Vetricyn) is amazing on wounds. If you can get some it is great for disinfecting other stuff too. After buying vetricyn a couple of times i found that i could buy it cheaper as a cleaner, and with less ingredients. Just pay attention to the concentration.

I really thought I had a picture of Alinta doing so, it is her preferred way to eat sardines. She also likes eating yogurt ofc a spoon. Will try for a pic this week. Tax

We have also been dry since then. The closest fire, causing most the smoke here, is about an hour from me. The ceder creek fire has been burning since aug, huge fire (125,000+ acres in rough terrain. Sadly i know at least one of my favorite camping spots was an early loss. A tailless Brenna...

It has been so smoky her lately that I haven't been able to spend much time outside and have been terrible about taking photos when i am. I think Rosie is molting some, but nothing compared to my other two. Brenna's head and neck are all quills.

Yes and no. Yes there are ladders, they still drastically reduce the number of fish that make it. Lots of issues with all forms of electricity production used today.

It sometimes works to distract slugs/snails but not deer. When i had a deer issue i planted 3 times what i wanted especially of the things they liked most. I had a fenced garden area and an unfenced deer area. Wasn't perfect but helped. Broody Rosie having a good stretch

Mine prefer me to pull off the seeds 😛 i love watching them jump for the tall ones. We had a hen get a different kind of grass seed bit stuck in her eye last summer, it was a scary moment! I was able to grab her and Bill pulled it out.
