Ok since it's 95 outside I baked these outside on the grill. They are nice balance of ingredients. I spiced them up a bit. The carrots were crunchy which was nice, could use more onions and I did parboil tater slices the night before to keep from browning.

Lol I got so busy with garden this year I never got them put away ! :gig . So I did pull out for picture but they were in a pile to go back in tote and here it is fall already! Where has this year gone?!?
Made the #49; Aunt Roxanne's Pumpkin Bars. They were very easy to make and came out moist and voted 10 by my adult son that stopped by just after I frosted them. :gig But how can you go wrong with anything that has cream cheese frosting. :eek:Any way I felt like they could have more spice...
Ok I'll make the other two by then for sure. Good thing I wrote down recipes as I went back in and couldn't find them lol. :old I'm still old school I like recipes written down.
