Added 20 minutes to the auto door timer, staying light later and don't want the girls locked out of the coop before they are ready to roost.

Not today but yesterday I put a roll of plastic on the sides of my run to keep the snow out and block that cold Wisconsin winter wind. I left the gate free of plastic and the open end under the coop to keep some airflow.

Made a 2nd feeder for the run so the low in pecking order pullets can eat at the same time the others do.

I added a 8 foot roosting bar in the run so all 8 birds can roost if wanted. They seem to like it, 2 on it before I got out of the run.
