I want to hold her, but I don't want to take her from the food and water just in case she will eat. She is walking, and her tail feathers are a bit higher than before.

I put hemp shaving in for my 7-week pullets to spread around. I put it in piles. It took about a minute for the first one to start scratching one of the piles.
I sprayed the perimeter of the yard down with water. 100 degrees today 100+ the next few days. I have a ton of shade but the ground on the perimeter wasn't being hit with the water from the sprinkler system. they needed the cooler ground in addition to what I have been doing.
